yesterday of the signing of an agreement to acquire the Boeing
Company's Spokane fabrication operation located in Spokane,
Triumph said that the $60 million in revenue projected for the
acquired business pertains to Triumph's fiscal year 2004 ending March
31, 2004 and not its fiscal year 2003, as stated in yesterday's
Triumph Group, Inc. headquartered in Wayne, Pennsylvania, designs,
engineers, manufactures, repairs and overhauls aircraft components and
industrial gas turbine components and accessories.

industry, including commercial airlines and air cargo carriers, as
well as original equipment manufacturers of aircraft and aircraft
