Exchange Commission a registration statement for an offering of 3.65
million shares of common stock, including 649,997 shares being offered
by a selling stockholder. In addition, Triumph intends to grant the
underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares
from Triumph to cover over-allotments.
