|Triumph Group, Inc. Announces New President at Chem-Fab Corporation|
WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 8, 2004--Triumph Group, Inc. (NYSE:TGI) announced today that M. Anthony Johnson has been named President of its Chem-Fab Corporation subsidiary. Chem-Fab performs chem-milling and other metal finishing processes and produces complex sheet metal parts and assemblies.
Mr. Johnson joined Chem-Fab in May, 2003 as Vice President and General Manager. Prior to joining Chem-Fab, he had been employed by Ducommun Inc. for more than 18 years, most recently serving as Vice President-General Manager for their Parsons Precision Products division. He will be located at Chem-Fab's operating facility in Hot Springs, Arkansas and will report to Jeff Frisby, Group President of Triumph Aerospace Systems Group.
