|Triumph Group, Inc. Announces New President at Nu-Tech Industries|
WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 2003--Triumph Group, Inc. (NYSE:TGI) today announced that David Soper has been named President of Nu-Tech Industries, Inc. in Grandview, Missouri.
Richard C. Ill, President and CEO of Triumph Group, in making the announcement said: "David Soper's experience within the aerospace industry will help Nu-Tech continue to build its capabilities and product offerings to its various customers and further the business objectives of the Triumph Aerospace Systems Group."
Soper joined Nu-Tech in 1997 and was Operations Manager at the time of his promotion.
Soper is a 1988 graduate of Oklahoma State University. He served in the US Army as a commissioned officer, including service in the Persian Gulf. Following military service, he was employed in a variety of sales, contracts and production positions within the aviation industry.
Soper will remain at Nu-Tech's operating facility in Grandview, Missouri and report to Jeffry Frisby, President of Triumph Aerospace Systems Group.
