Triumph Group Elects New Director
WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 12, 2004--Triumph Group, Inc. (NYSE:TGI) today announced that Terry D. Stinson has been elected to its Board of Directors effective immediately. With his election, Triumph's Board increases to eight members.
Mr. Stinson has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Xelus, Inc. since 2002. He formerly served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hamilton Standard as well as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Helicopter Textron.
Mr. Stinson currently serves on the Board of Directors of Xelus, Inc., Lennox International, Inc. and Enigma, Inc.
