    President and Chief Executive Officer

    Daniel J. Crowley, 53, joined Triumph in January 2016 from Raytheon Company where he served as President of Integrated Defense Systems since 2013, with annual revenues over $6 billion, and Network Centric Systems from 2010 until 2013.  Mr. Crowley brings 32 years of industry experience where he has held key leadership roles in the development, production and deployment of some of the largest and most complex aerospace and defense products, including the P-3 and S-3 aircraft, the Atlas launch vehicle, commercial and classified spacecraft, the THAAD and Patriot defense missile defense systems, flight training and logistics, the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and air traffic control systems.  Prior to working at Raytheon, Mr. Crowley served in a variety of leadership positions at Lockheed Martin, including President of their training and logistics business, Executive Vice President of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program and Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.  As COO, Mr. Crowley was responsible for supporting Lockheed Martin’s key tactical fighter and military transport programs as well as the Advanced Development Programs (Skunk Works®) organization.  While serving as Executive Vice President of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program, Mr. Crowley was responsible for the design, development and transition to initial production of three fighter variants and logistics system. Under his oversight, critical franchise aerospace and defense programs have contributed billions of dollars in backlog and revenue to their respective prime contractors in support of domestic and international customers. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in manufacturing systems engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.  Mr. Crowley also received a master’s degree in management from Stanford University as a Sloan Fellow.

      Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
      James F. McCabe joined Triumph in August 2016 from Steel Partners Holdings where he last served as Senior Vice President and CFO, President, Shared Services, and SVP and CFO of its affiliates Handy & Harman and Steel Excel. Prior to joining Steel Partners Holdings, McCabe served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of American Water’s Northeast Region, and President and CFO of Teleflex Aerospace, which served the global aviation industry. McCabe received a Bachelor of Science degree in business and economics from Lehigh University. He is a certified public accountant and Six Sigma Green Belt, and served as a member of the Board of Governors and the Civil Aviation Council Executive Committee for the Aerospace Industries Association.

          Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
          John B. Wright, II became Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Triumph Group, Inc. in July 2004. Prior to joining Triumph, Wright was a partner with Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP specializing in corporate finance, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Prior to Ballard Spahr, Wright was Senior Corporate Counsel at Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. Wright is a graduate of Princeton University and holds a J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law.
          • Michael R. Abram

            Executive Vice President, Product Support

            Michael R. Abram was named Executive Vice President, Product Support in April 2016. Triumph Product Support provides OEMs and aircraft operators with full lifecycle solutions for commercial, regional and military fleets. Triumph's full suite of post-delivery value chain services simplify the MRO supply chain and provide customers with global, integrated planeside repair solutions

            Abram joined Triumph in December of 2003 as President of Triumph Airborne Structures. In 2009 he was promoted Vice President of Aftermarket Services.  Prior to joining Triumph, Abram held several positions with the Nordam Group including Vice President of Operations responsible for profit and loss globally.

            • Thomas Holzthum

              Executive Vice President, Integrated Systems

              Thomas K. Holzthum was named Executive Vice President, Integrated Systems in April 2016. Triumph Integrated Systems provides integrated solutions that include design, development and support of proprietary components, subsystems and systems, as well as production of complex assemblies using external designs.  He previously served as Vice President of Aerospace Systems for Triumph Group. 

              Holzthum joined Triumph Group in 1998 with the acquisition of Frisby Aerospace, where he held the position of Group Director, Hydraulics. In 1999, Holzthum was promoted to General Manager of newly acquired HTD Aerospace (later renamed Triumph Actuation Systems-Connecticut). In 2001, he was promoted to President of Triumph Actuation Systems-Connecticut where he held full P&L responsibility for the division and successfully integrated Ozone Industries into the business in 2002. Holzthum served as Vice President of Aerospace Systems since 2013, with oversight responsibility for eight Triumph Group companies. Holzthum received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

              • Kevin E. Kindig

                Vice President and Treasurer
                Kevin E. Kindig was named Vice President and Treasurer of Triumph Group, Inc. in November 2012. He was previously Vice President and Controller of Triumph Group, Inc. since joining the company in 1993. From 1985 to 1993, Mr. Kindig was employed by Lukens Steel Company in various positions: as Manufacturing Accounting Manager since 1989 and as a financial analyst from 1985 to 1989. Earlier in his career, he worked for Touche Ross. Mr. Kindig has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Gettysburg College and an MBA from Villanova University. He also is a Certified Public Accountant.
                • Daniel J. Ostrosky

                  Vice President, Supply Chain
                  Daniel J. Ostrosky was named Vice President, Supply Chain of Triumph Group, Inc. in April 2015. Mr. Ostrosky had served as Senior Vice President, Aerospace & Defense Segment, of Flextronics International from 2013 until joining Triumph. From 2006 until 2013, he served in several positions of increasing responsibility in supply chain management for Goodrich Corporation through its acquisition in 2012 by United Technologies Corporation (UTC), culminating with his position as Vice President Supply Chain Management, Aircraft Systems Segment, for UTC. Mr. Ostrosky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
                  • Thomas A. Quigley, III

                    Vice President and Controller
                    Thomas A. Quigley, III became Vice President and Controller in November 2012. Mr. Quigley joined the company in 2009 as Manager of SEC Reporting. From June 2002 until joining us, Mr. Quigley held various roles within the audit practice of KPMG LLP, including Senior Audit Manager. From September 1999 until May 2002, Mr. Quigley held various roles in the audit practice with Andersen LLP, including Senior Staff Auditor. Mr. Quigley is a CPA licensed in the State of Pennsylvania, Member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University.
                    • Sheila G. Spagnolo

                      Vice President, Tax
                      Sheila G. Spagnolo joined Triumph Group, Inc. in February 1994 as Director of Taxes. In July 2003, she assumed the additional responsibility of Director, Investor Relations. In April 2006, Ms. Spagnolo was promoted to Vice President, responsible for the company's tax and investor relations functions. Prior to joining Triumph, she was Manager - Taxes of Alco Standard Corporation and previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Ms. Spagnolo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Franklin and Marshall College and a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from Villanova Law School. She also is a Certified Public Accountant.
                      • Peter Wick

                        Executive Vice President, Aerospace Structures
                        Pete Wick was named Executive Vice President for Triumph Aerospace Structures in July 2017.  He previously served  as Vice President, Contracts for Triumph Group overseeing all contract-related activities and lead negotiations for major contracts with a primary focus on supply contracts to OEM customers.  Prior to joining Triumph in October 2016, Wick spent eight years with GKN Aerospace holding a range of leadership positions, the last of which was VP Commercial for their North American business. Wick has a total of 26 years of experience working in the Aerospace industry across the Commercial and Military aviation, Space and Avionics sectors. Wick also formerly worked at EADS Astrium , General Dynamics and BAE Systems in a variety of leadership roles across contracts, business development, and operational management.
