Daniel J. Crowley
President and Chief Executive Officer
Daniel J. Crowley, 56, joined Triumph in January 2016 from Raytheon Company where he served as President of Integrated Defense Systems since 2013, with annual revenues over $6 billion, and Network Centric Systems from 2010 until 2013. Mr. Crowley brings 32 years of industry experience where he has held key leadership roles in the development, production and deployment of some of the largest and most complex aerospace and defense products, including the P-3 and S-3 aircraft, the Atlas launch vehicle, commercial and classified spacecraft, the THAAD and Patriot defense missile defense systems, flight training and logistics, the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and air traffic control systems. Prior to working at Raytheon, Mr. Crowley served in a variety of leadership positions at Lockheed Martin, including President of their training and logistics business, Executive Vice President of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program and Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. As COO, Mr. Crowley was responsible for supporting Lockheed Martin’s key tactical fighter and military transport programs as well as the Advanced Development Programs (Skunk Works®) organization. While serving as Executive Vice President of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program, Mr. Crowley was responsible for the design, development and transition to initial production of three fighter variants and logistics system. Under his oversight, critical franchise aerospace and defense programs have contributed billions of dollars in backlog and revenue to their respective prime contractors in support of domestic and international customers. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in manufacturing systems engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Crowley also received a master’s degree in management from Stanford University as a Sloan Fellow.
Jennifer H. Allen
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Jennifer Allen has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Triumph Group since September of 2018. In this role, she leads Triumph Group’s law department and oversees the company’s legal matters. She joined Triumph Group from CIRCOR International, Inc. where she was Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary. Previously, she was Vice President & Associate General Counsel – Corporate for BAE Systems, Inc., a member of the mergers and acquisition group in the New York office of Jones Day, and a member of the business and finance group in the Philadelphia office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an associate editor of the Law Review and a legal writing instructor. Previously, she received a bachelor’s degree in English and political science from the University of Delaware.

William C. Kircher
Executive Vice President, Triumph Product Support
William Kircher joined Triumph Group in September 2018 as Executive Vice President of Triumph Product Support. Triumph Product Support provides OEMs and aircraft operators with full lifecycle solutions for commercial, regional and military fleets. Triumph’s full suite of value chain services simplify the MRO supply chain and provide customers with global, integrated repair solutions. Prior to joining the company, he served as Chief Operating Office of MB Aerospace, a Blackstone portfolio company, and as CEO of VAS Aero Services, a HIG portfolio company. Bill also spent 18 years with United Technologies in various domestic and international leadership roles including President, UTC Aerospace Singapore, and Vice President, Singapore Overhaul and Repair for Pratt and Whitney. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
James F. McCabe Jr.
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
James F. McCabe joined Triumph in August 2016 from Steel Partners Holdings where he last served as Senior Vice President and CFO, President, Shared Services, and SVP and CFO of its affiliates Handy & Harman and Steel Excel. Prior to joining Steel Partners Holdings, McCabe served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of American Water’s Northeast Region, and President and CFO of Teleflex Aerospace, which served the global aviation industry. McCabe received a Bachelor of Science degree in business and economics from Lehigh University. He is a certified public accountant and Six Sigma Green Belt, and served as a member of the Board of Governors and the Civil Aviation Council Executive Committee for the Aerospace Industries Association.
Thomas A. Quigley III
Vice President and Controller
Thomas A. Quigley, III became Vice President and Controller in November 2012. Mr. Quigley joined the company in 2009 as Manager of SEC Reporting. From June 2002 until joining us, Mr. Quigley held various roles within the audit practice of KPMG LLP, including Senior Audit Manager. From September 1999 until May 2002, Mr. Quigley held various roles in the audit practice with Andersen LLP, including Senior Staff Auditor. Mr. Quigley is a CPA licensed in the State of Pennsylvania, Member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University.
Brian Scheuer
Vice President and Treasurer
Brian Scheuer was named Vice President and Treasurer of Triumph Group in September 2018. He has more than 20 years of treasury experience taking on roles of increasing responsibility including management and implementation of global Treasury centralization and standardization efforts in several large multinational organizations.
Lance R. Turner
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Lance Turner joined Triumph Group in September 2017 as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. He leads the HR, Communications, and Environmental Health & Safety functions across the entire enterprise to establish policies and practices that benefit both the company and its 14,000 employees. Lance is responsible for the global employee experience, safety, communications, talent acquisition, employee engagement, recognition, compensation and benefits, payroll, labor relations for represented employees and contingent labor.
Peter K. A. Wick
Executive Vice President, Aerospace Structures
Pete Wick was named Executive Vice President for Triumph Aerospace Structures in July 2017. He previously served as Vice President, Contracts for Triumph Group overseeing all contract-related activities and lead negotiations for major contracts with a primary focus on supply contracts to OEM customers. Prior to joining Triumph in October 2016, Wick spent eight years with GKN Aerospace holding a range of leadership positions, the last of which was VP Commercial for their North American business. Wick has a total of 26 years of experience working in the Aerospace industry across the Commercial and Military aviation, Space and Avionics sectors. Wick also formerly worked at EADS Astrium , General Dynamics and BAE Systems in a variety of leadership roles across contracts, business development, and operational management.
